We had the perfect room with an unbeatable view directly to the sea. This is why we liked the hotel so much right from the start! The entire staff was totally lovable and super courteous! Food and equipment were really good and just as expected. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The pool area is too small for the size of the hotel. The atmosphere in the dining room is not very pleasant, there is no question of a cozy, laid-back dinner, impossible to sit outside.

Rooms needed to look like something had been done since last season ie dirty grout damaged mirrorsWas upset that I lost my glasses and that the insurance asked me for a note from the hotel to say that I had reported loosing them and they wouldnt give me one The food was good with plenty of choice it would have been nice to get some kind of drink free with evening meal if only water tea or coffee Perfect location with lovely sea views

Thoroughly enjoyed climate control, a safe, and TV set in the room. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The location for Cala d'Or was comfortable and ideal, really close to local shops and other restaurants and all the restaurants and bars
